3. Data Accuracy

Financial data is obtained from public market sources via third-party providers (coming soon: premium data provider). StocksAnalyzer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. Data may contain errors or delays and should not be used as the sole source for financial decisions.

4. User Account

5. Plans and Payments

StocksAnalyzer offers a free plan with usage limits and paid plans with expanded features. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for already-billed periods.

6. Acceptable Use

StocksAnalyzer shall not be liable for any financial loss, direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the service or decisions made based on the information provided. The service is offered "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes to the terms implies acceptance of the new terms.
